Moulin was devastating in winning the Moama Bowling Club, Bench Mark 64, 1400m, handicap on a track rated a heavy 10 at Echuca on Monday.

She jumped Ok fom barrier 1 and Jarrod Todd, who has a affinity with the mare, had her settling mid field about 3 lengths off the lead. She held this position until the turn where Todd positioned her just behind the leader, two off the rails. Approaching the two hundred meter mark he asked her to quicken and, showing a turn of foot that is not often seen on a heavy track, quickly raced past the leader. She continued to race away and won by 6 lengths easing up.

The win was a courageous effort by the mare and a faultless ride by the jockey.
